2220 Ward: Large Format Signage and 3D Design

The goal of this project was to show a finished tower that is still being built.

Marketing a building that doesn't yet exist requires a blend of precision and imagination. For 2220 Ward, we designed impactful on-site signage featuring 3D renders that highlight the future lifestyle and architecture of the tower, providing a clear window into the project's completed potential. More refined 3D renders were added to the tours micro-site. Right here is a short publicity video made with the static renders.

Optimizing for Market Impact

Quality visuals are the backbone of any successful leasing strategy. Recognizing that the existing renders weren't doing the project justice, we performed a comprehensive photorealistic optimization. By correcting material accuracy and atmospheric lighting, we transformed flat technical drawings into evocative marketing assets that effectively communicate the value of 2220 Ward to future tenants.
